Financial Management for Managers

The aim  of training

The course aims to teach students the essence and key issues of  financial management, and the usage of financial information for making Management decisions.

The course includes theoretical and practical subjects.

 

The training  is  for:

Active managers, accountant, financiers, also for any person who is interested in financial management.

  • Introduction: Financial Accounting, Financial Statement Review
  • Financial Lists: balance sheet, profit and loss and cash transaction list

 

Transaction analysis:

  • Balance Sheet - Assets: Account due, Basic Assets
  • Balance – obligations (short-term and long-term loans) and own capital
  • Profit and Loss: The essence of accrual and articles of profit and loss
  • Cash transaction list
  • Basic principles of the Financial accounting programs usage: ORIS & 1C

  • Loans: The types and the effective call loan rate
  • Financial coefficients and their analysis

The aim  of training

The course includes the analysis of classical banking system on the example of international banking system. Also the great focus is on the study of  Georgian banking system, regulations and banking  products.

The main focus will be on the discussion of practical exercises, that takes place in everyday life of banking system.

For beginner employees of banking and finance sector or for those who want to start their career in this type of organizations. It will be easy for graduates to adapt or start working on the following positions: Cashier; Operator; Cashier-Operator; Accounts Manager; sales manager; Loan Officer; Credit Expert (business and consumer loans).
